The interior of the building uses brown, black, and white colors, creating a modern yet simple color scheme.

The rooms in the building are one-bedroom apartments with a separate large kitchen, fully furnished with high-end interiors:

- Kitchen area: Long upper and lower kitchen cabinet system, induction stove, sink, range hood, washing machine integrated into the kitchen system. Stone countertop and glass backsplash. Large 2-door refrigerator.

- The common area of the room has a TV stand, a sofa set, a wardrobe, and an air conditioner.

- The sleeping area is fully equipped with a blanket, sheets, pillows, and a mattress.

- The bathroom is tiled with high-end tiles, fully equipped with basic sanitary fixtures and a handheld showerhead.

The building provides one shared Wi-Fi router on each floor for the entire level

The washing machine area is located in the kitchen of each room, additionally a dryer is provided on the ground floor for customers to use.

The room locks can be opened using a password or a key card, which is very convenient for tenants.

In the hallway of each floor, the building provides anti-toxic masks to help customers easily use them in case of an incident. At the time of inspection, Cozrum noted that the mask boxes were still sealed and stamped.

The motorbike parking area is on the ground floor at the building's entrance/exit. Tenants receive free monthly parking.

The building has 02 types of contracts:

- 6-month contract, deposit of 1 month's rent

- 1-year contract, deposit of 1.5 months' rent

Monthly rent payments are accepted via the following methods: Bank transfer, cash. Credit card payments are not supported
