The house is styled using modern materials such as wooden floors, industrial wood kitchen cabinets, and simple, beautiful neutral colors.

The rooms in the building are studio or 1-bedroom apartments with full high-end amenities:

- A modern kitchen with a large induction cooktop, sink and faucet, upper and lower kitchen cabinets, a range hood, a microwave, and especially a refrigerator with a cool water dispenser, large enough for a family of 4.

- A dining set, sofa and TV stand, and air conditioning in the living room.

- A bedroom area with a desk, wardrobe, vanity mirror, bedside table, and a bed with a full set of mattress, blankets, and pillows.

- A luxurious bathroom tiled with high-end materials, fully equipped with sanitary fixtures and a standing shower.

The building uses high-speed internet from the provider FPT. Each floor is equipped with 1 shared Wi-Fi router for the entire floor

A shared laundry area is on the ground floor of the building. The building provides dryers for washing and drying

Parking area in the ground floor courtyard, each vehicle is charged 100,000 VND/Vehicle/Month

The room doors in the building are equipped with smart locks featuring password and key card unlocking functions for the convenience of tenants.

In the hallways of the building's floors, smoke masks are readily available, placed next to the fire extinguishers. At the time of inspection, the masks were still sealed and unused.

An iron cage ladder system is installed on the exterior of the building to provide customers with an additional escape option in case of an incident. However, this iron ladder is only for reinforcement and does not yet meet the standard for fire escape ladders as regulated by the Fire Prevention and Fighting Department.

The building provides in-room housekeeping service twice a week and supplies two 20-liter water bottles per month. Pets are allowed but must be under 5kg with a commitment to compensate for any damage caused by them. The management fee is 200,000 VND/room/month.

The building has the following contract types:

- 6-month contract, 1-month deposit

- 12-month contract, 1.5-month deposit

Deposit and deposit regulations:

- A minimum deposit of 3 million holds the room for 3 days, the full deposit must be paid after 3 days

- The maximum holding period for the room is 7 days from the date the deposit is received

Monthly rent payments are accepted via the following methods: Bank transfer, cash. Credit card payments are not supported.
