All rooms in the building are fully equipped with basic furniture:

- Kitchen area: Lower kitchen cabinet, sink, double-door refrigerator suitable for a small family.

- Bedroom area: Includes a fan, air conditioner, bed, and mattress, but does not include blankets, bed sheets, pillows, or pillowcases. There is a large wardrobe and a simple dining table set.

- Bathroom area: Tiled with basic sanitary fixtures and a handheld shower

Each floor of the building will have a separate Wi-Fi router for that floor.

The washing machine area in the building's basement allows customers to do laundry there and dry clothes in the rooftop area of the building. The building provides a dryer, included in the monthly usage fee for each room.

The motorcycle parking area is located in the building's basement, equipped with an automatic sprinkler system and a fireproof basement door for enhanced safety. The building provides free parking for residents renting apartments.

At each corridor of the building's floors, four emergency gas masks are provided for customers to easily use in case of an incident.

The building has installed an additional small iron staircase in the atrium to allow access to the floors from the external corridor. The iron staircase serves as a helpful auxiliary tool, providing an additional option for customers in case of an emergency; however, it does not yet meet the fire protection standards as stipulated. The building is equipped with a fireproof door separating the basement from the staircase to prevent smoke spread in case of an incident in the basement.

Sign a contract with a term of 6-12 months, deposit equivalent to 1 month's rent.

Accept payment via bank transfer and cash.
