The rooms in the building are designed in a  Modern Minimalist style, featuring streamlined furniture with a contemporary color palette. The furnishings use basic, neutral tones, and when combined, their clean and simple design creates a distinctly modern and sophisticated atmosphere

All rooms in the building are studio-type units designed to hotel-apartment standards and are fully furnished:

- Kitchen area: Equipped with a compact kitchen counter, induction stove, sink, electric kettle, microwave, and a two-door refrigerator.

- Living area: Includes a TV with TV stand, dining table, and wardrobe.

- Sleeping area: Features a bed with high-quality mattress and bed linens, bedside reading lamps and power outlets, and air conditioning.

- Flooring: Rooms are finished with laminated wooden flooring.

- Bathroom: Fitted with premium sanitary fixtures, a standing shower, some rooms have a bathtub, and all bathrooms are equipped with hot and cold water

Each floor of the building is equipped with a shared Wi-Fi router

The parking area is located in the basement, and tenants are offered free parking when renting at the building

The building has a laundry and drying area, with free laundry service provided by staff three times per week

The building is equipped with PHGLock brand door locks, using key cards for access

Flexible rental terms available:

- 1-month contract: 6,000,000 VND deposit

- 3–6-month contract: Deposit equal to 1 month’s rent

- 12-month contract: Deposit equal to 3 months’ rent

Payment can be made via bank transfer or in cash.
