The apartments in the building follow a one-bedroom layout, with the bedroom separated from the kitchen and bathroom areas.

- Kitchen area: includes upper and lower kitchen cabinets, sink, two-door refrigerator with a capacity of over 200L, washing machine, and dining table.

- Bathroom area: equipped with basic sanitary fittings and an instant water heater.

- Bedroom area: features air conditioning, a sofa set, bed, and spring mattress. However, bed linens, blankets, and pillows are not provided

Each room is provided with its own Wi-Fi router to ensure stable connectivity

Each room is equipped with its own washing machine, and the building also provides a drying area on the rooftop

In front of the building façade, there is an iron ladder that provides an additional escape option in case of emergencies. However, this ladder is only a supplementary measure and does not meet the official fire escape standards as required by fire safety regulations.

Lease term: 6–12 months, with a security deposit equal to one month’s rent. Additional deposit must be settled within 3 days, and the unit can be held for a maximum of 7 days
