Please provide Cozrum photos of all staying guests' Identity Card (Citizenship Identification Card or Passport) to complete the registration process. Cozrum reserves the right to refuse bookings with insufficient information under the Law.

3. 3. Cancellation policy:

Reservations are canceled before 24h in advanced to the check-in time: free cancellation.

Reservations are canceled after 24h in advanced to the check-in time: the cancellation fee is equivalent to first night room rate.

Reservations are canceled after check-in time:

- Before 24h in advacned to actual check-out time: free cancellation for the remaining nights.

- After 24h in advanced to actual check-out time: cancellation fee equivalent to 1 night of room rate.

4. 4. No-shows Policy:

For bookings that do not show up and Cozrum does not receive any confirmation from the guest: Cozrum will hold the first night for the guest and apply a non-refundable charge for the remaining nights.

For bookings that eligible for refunds, all refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days (except Saturday-Sunday and National Holidays).

8. Fire safety policy:

Cozrum does not accept guest motorbikes at certain branches. Please use nearby parking lots to ensure your vehicle is safely kept.

Smoking is strictly prohibited at all Cozrum branches. In case of violation, Cozrum reserves the right to refuse accommodation without refund and to impose penalties in accordance with regulations..
