Mecozy Apartel is a distinctive serviced apartment building located in the Thao Dien area, featuring its own unique style. The clientele consists mainly of expatriates, and the property allows short-term stays similar to a hotel

All lobby furnishings and the interiors of the apartments are designed in a Modern Contemporary Interior style, characterized by clean, minimalist lines, a focus on functionality, and striking modern colors. It can be said that this is one of the most uniquely styled buildings in the Thao Dien area

The apartments in the building are studio-style units, each featuring a kitchen for cooking. All units are thoughtfully designed and fully furnished by the owner with complete and refined furniture and appliances. The kitchen area includes an induction cooktop, sink, lower cabinets with upper shelves, a range hood, a two-door refrigerator of practical size, and a dining table.

The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower separated by glass doors, along with full sanitary fittings.

The bedroom area provides premium bedding, a ceiling fan, air conditioning, and a television

Each floor is equipped with a shared Wi-Fi router serving the entire level

The laundry area in the basement is equipped with washing machines and dryers, which are provided free of charge for tenants’ use

The motorbike parking area is located in the building’s basement. It is equipped with fire-extinguishing Sprinkler sensors and a fire-resistant door separating the basement from the ground floor access

The building is equipped with one elevator with a maximum capacity of 9 persons and a load limit of 630 kg. At the time of inspection, the elevator was still within its certification validity period. The building management confirmed that a maintenance and inspection contractor is in place to carry out regular servicing to ensure quality and safety

The building provides an external iron staircase as a supplementary means of evacuation in case of emergencies. However, it should be noted that this staircase serves only as an additional measure and does not fully comply with the official fire escape standards required by the fire safety regulations

The reception area is located on the ground floor of the building, where staff are available to assist residents and guests throughout their stay

The rooms are equipped with card-access locks, similar to those used in hotel rooms. However, these locks do not feature fingerprint or password access functions

The building offers Flexible monthly rental terms with a security deposit equal to one month’s rent to secure the unit. Rent is payable monthly in advance at the beginning of each month. Room rates are calculated on a full-month basis. In cases where tenants stay additional days beyond the full month, the rent for those extra days will be charged on a daily basis, not as a prorated monthly rate. For stays shorter than one month or for early check-out, no refund will be provided

Payments are accepted by bank transfer or in cash. Rental prices are exclusive of VAT
